This week's book is Food Rules by Michael Pollan.
Much has been said about Pollan's previous books about food, and having read them both I can easily say that the praise is well-deserved. The reason I chose this book, however, is that anyone can read it. And in one sitting. It's simple, entertaining, and gives logical and concrete advice about eating. For these reasons, I think it has the potential to change this country's eating habits.
